Had a verbal quote but after work was completed I was billed twice the quoted amount. 2 hours to put in a range receptacle. Make sure you have a written quote! Very unhappy!

Brought my GP5500 generator that would not start, kept it for a day was nothing wrong with it. Tried to start it nothing but backfiring. They kept for a few days.Charged me 140.00 plus, didnt care had my generator back. Took it to site after 6 pulls and back fire it started. Next day it was dead!!Took it to ROLLY's small engine repair.They got it going. All Franks Electric wanted to bring in to resolve it(code word for "Rob")Never again not a reliable Generac Service Repair....RT
