The lack of communication was disappointing. I was asked to send in a retainer and complied. Instead of calling me later requesting I sent up a payment plan they send an text. I am older I really do not read text. If it is that important you should have called and they did not. In my opinion this is a deliberate and malice behaviour which confirms a service I can not afford. Stay away.

Very professional and helpful. Christopher explains everything about my taxes to me in a way that I understand. The staff is very friendly. Speedy replies to emails.

I travel roughly 45 minutes to get to this place. I have many accountants near me, but I chose Sharon because she is competent and very personable. She saves me money each year. Perhaps other accounting firms would as well, but the homey atmosphere and wonderful person that Sharon is, draws me back each year.

Buyer beware... I would give a lower rating if possible. Of the last 6 years, 3 of my returns were not submitted correctly. They do not feel accountable, although all information was provided. Sharon would not answer my questions nor provide any reasonable explanation. I am so disappointed.
