    Hot water heater replacement was quick and efficient. Including the removal of the old tank, they were done in about 2 hours

    Took 10 months for them to finish an HVAC install. Zero communication, and you have to deal with Enbridge gas yourself. Take payment then tell you an electrician has to finish the install, and Enbridge has to turn gas back on. Absolute nightmare.
