Haven't used a taxi in years but had to use twice today. Booked in advance. Dispatcher was nice to deal with. Drivers arrived on time. Cab was decent. Drivers were pleasant and friendly. Paid cash and got seniors discount. Overall, I am pleased with Deluxe Taxi.

Story time:
My Friend called me at 3 am because his car battery was dead, and I heard about taxis charging 25 or so to jumpstart your battery (never tried it myself), so I sent him a taxi number before, and he called 3-4 times and they kept rejecting him.
I seen this website and sent him the 2 numbers they listed and after 1 call to the second number, the person came within 10 minutes, was respectful and instead asked for a smaller amount to jumpstart the car. 5 stars from me and my friend!

I have used for the first time Newmarket taxi and Limo for a ride to the airport. I booked an early pick up and the driver was there right in time and being early I was impressed when the driver softly knocked on my door caring to not wake up my family members. The car was very clean and comfortable and we made it to the airport smoothly and enjoying a good conversation with the driver. Best choice by far. Some new ones that are very good and believes in the fact that it all starts with the Customer service part and the other side just works as well. Honesty is the Best Policy and if I don't think I can make it to the time that I have said I call the customer back to explain the issue and they respect me for the Honesty I believe that you have to do what is best for your business and most importantly your Customers

Ive be been a loyal customer since day one because of their impeccable service. Both friendly and accommodating to my needs as a single mother, they are always there when I need them. I have grown to know the staff so much that I trust them with getting my kids to school on days when I need them. If there is a high volume of calls they always inform me of the wait time and if its too long they offer to find me another cab so my needs are being met. The only company to not let me down. Love them!
