The owner/Proprietor was very honest with me. (Sorry,did not get his name). I took my hand vac to the store because I wanted him to look inside as there was something rattling in the motor compartment and I was afraid to open it in case I damaged something. I was prepared to pay him but he listened to the rattle and said it sounded like it was just a piece of dirt. I agreed with that. He suggested it was safe for me to open and that I would be saving some money (not having to pay him to do it).

Prompt and friendly service. The showroom has lots of models on display to choose from and I really appreciated the free advice.

I used them to fix my central vac unit and a light fixture in my house. I cannot talk more highly of them. What an incredible company. They care about every client they deal with. I will continue to use them for years and will recommend them to anyone I can.

I highly recommend York Appliance. A few months ago I took in a couple of small appliances to York. The fellow who served me (the owner I think) was so pleasant and efficient. He fixed the problem within 5 minutes and the cost was very reasonable. In future if I have any problems with an appliance I would use York as my first choice for repair work.

Danny's replaced the motor on our Hoover Wind Tunnel central vac on the spot. Brilliant!
The store has a huge inventory of parts and provided great service. Much better than other places I tried.
