PS The shop is now located in Vancouver just west of Knight St Bridge off Marine Drive. They moved from Burnaby a few weeks ago.

I took my very neglected ( not by me ) 2008 Dodge Charger SRT8 to Vince and asked him to restore it mechanically to its former glory so to speak .Stating at the front working to the back and then top to bottom he identified and repaired all that was wrong while the whole time staying in contact with me explaining fully what was needed and why. I had a new ignition lock assembly replaced in my 2002 Mercedes SLK320 at Henneken Auto Sales and Service and they did a wonderful job and the price was exactly what they quoted me. When it comes to Mercedes specialized repairs this is the best shop in the Lower Mainland!
Hans and Falko were extremely helpful with their no-nonsense approach and repairs.
The official Mercedes Dealership would have charged me 3 to 4 times more for this job and they did not even bother calling me back!!!

Highly recommend. Expert diagnosis. We came in thinking we needed a new transmission or atleast major work done to it because it was kicking very hard on the downshift 2-1 on our 2004 jaguar (6hp26 transmission). He roadtested our vehicle and said not to spend any money on it right now and it should be fine for another few years. He said spending money on changing fluid or any other service would not help, and it is from some internal wear.Extremely honest and didnt even charge or upsell.
