This company is excellent, I highly recommend them to anyone that needs a tow. Ecspecially in a car accident. I had an accident and the tow driver was there telling me everything I needed to here and he helped with the whole situation and gave me great pointers and was able to calm me down when I was on the verge of losing it. They literally go the extra mile to help you. Great customer service and take the meaning literally that they work with you. Call them and have an enjoyable experience.

10/10 recommend! The receptionist/dispatcher who took my call was polite and answered all my questions. She was able to get a tow truck within 20 minutes of calling.
The driver was friendly, happy, and knowledgeable. He does his job well and helped get me out of a stressful situation. If I ever need a tow truck again (I hope I won’t), I will 100% call Ken’s Towing!

I have used Waterdown collision twice in the past year and they have done an outstanding job on my 2019 Ford Ranger. From customer service, finishing the job earlier than quoted and quality of service I would highly recommend the company. I would definitely use them in the future. I couldn't be more pleased with their work.

Wiped out in the ditch
Caa took 25 minutes to answer... and another 10 - 15 to find me..
After they then quoted 1hr 19min! 2 hours in the ditch :O.
Elite updated with a 30 minute response time & responded in about 22!
I'm sure it's not always like this, and I'm sure Noone likes their car impounded! Lol.
But this is the second time dealing with and I'm satisfied! :)

We got great service last Tuesday on the 401 collectors by the airport in Mississauga (4 car collision during the rain storm). Very professional, kind and caring! Efficient too and reasonable price. Kudos to Mahar!

Wow this company sure goes above and beyond for their customers. My mother had grocery in her vehicle the driver drove her home at no extra cost and helped her up with her stuff then towed to the garage. Recommend this company to all my friends and family. Reached out to them via Kijiji to schedule to have my vehicle towed from Kitchener to Waterloo. They were very prompt with their response and kept communicating until the day of the service. I also had to reschedule the time at the last minute due to an emergency and they were able to adhere to my schedule change and get the service done on that same day with no penalty ?. The whole process was smooth and completed with no issues. Amazing service.
