I brought my car in due to someone hitting the rear bumper of my car. tails lights shattered and the bumper was a mess as well. my insurance gave me a list of places to go to and chose Carstar because it was close to my work. staff were very accommodating and response is quick! the place itself is neat and tidy. my car was finished 2 days prior to the expected date which was a major bonus points to the autobody refinishers! i will definitely recommend going to Carstar for any car issues

I had my 2011 Dodge Ram in to get repaired. I had an amazing experience with the office staff and the mechanics. They fixed my truck better then it was before, on time, informative, and worked well with the insurance company. Would I recommend this shop for other customers? Yes I would. I won't take my vehicles any where else now.

These guys are fantastic! I used them before and they did fantastic work (German standards) at very reasonable price. Today I was backing out of parking lot too quick and scraped the side of my beautiful Audi A5 against concrete pillar. Took it to these guys and they bent over backwards....cleaned it up for me, removed all the paint (from concrete pillar) and I was left with few scratches. They even provided me with a small amount of touch up paint for free. Amazing! Highly recommended!***

The entire experience from start to finish was seamless! Mark is amazing and went above and beyond to process my claim and get my car in and out super fast. The technicians are extremely talented and I couldn't believe they got the dents out! I had 3 dents in and awkward spot on my car (on the frame above the rear passenger door) and have no idea how they got there. Nevertheless i am extremely happy with the customer service and the entire process. I can't say enough good things! Thank you guys!
