I have been a patient of Doctor Habteselassie since 2019. He is the best!! Always compassionate and answers all my questions and has suggested other treatments that he feels would help me with my pain and those treatments have 80% been successful. The staff are very nice always having a smile on their faces, very helpful. I would highly recommend this clinic and especially Dr. Habteselassie.

Physio Can is the most professional physio clinic I've encountered in 30 years of knee issues. When I started at Physio Can I could only climb and descend stairs with my right leg, dragging my left. Mark treated me and gave me exercises, emphasizing that I MUST do them every second day. I followed his instructions and did them faithfully. I felt improvement within a few weeks and can now climb and descend stairs using both legs. Mark's amazing.

I have been coming to this clinic since 2003. |I have come for a variety of services some of which are chiro, massage, acupuncture, osteopath, naturopath etc. All of the professionals have always been polite, courteous, knowledgeable and punctual. All in all my experience always been positive and fantastic. I| have also come to the clinic following my car accident and was taken care of in the best possible way. They helped me fill out forms. I strongly recommend this clinic to everyone.

The drs and nurses could not have been better. Friend had an angiogram and angioplasty that went well. There was a complication later but everyone, everyone was extremely pleasant and helpful, explained what they were doing and why. You get what you give, trying being nice to them and you will find them all spectacular.

If you can work with their Drs hours of availability consisting of APPOINTMENTS ONLY 2 DAYS A WEEK, BEING=== Mondays 2pm-6pm & Saturdays 9am-3pm, then your are golden and set. Super fast visits, no clowns in the waiting room. Longest ive waited from in the door sample see doctor get drink and leave was 20 mins. Unbelievable how fast visits are. Also very discreet in the rear of Guardian Drugs at Stevenson & Bond

I’ve yet to have a bad experience here. Both the physio staff and massage therapists are fantastic and very attentive to your needs and abilities. Since being in my accident they’ve been nothing but amazing and offer such tremendous support. Even with such things going on in the world with COVID-19, they’ve still managed to work around this pandemic while taking every precaution to ensure patient safety. When my husband had shoulder problem, he went to this clinic to have treatment with the Physiotherapist MyDo last month. She explained my husband will recover after finishing 6 physio visits. Not many therapists nowadays dare to make such guarantees. Guess what? My husband shoulder did recover before 6 visits! We are truly impressed by her skills and the teamwork of the staff at this clinic.

Choosing Wilcox Physiotherapy was the best decision I could have made. Sonia diagnosed my cervical radiculopathy after my primary care physician thought all my shoulder pain was due to my torn shoulder tendon. After returning to my doctor with her findings, x-rays have confirmed a narrowing in my C6/C7, I'm in my way for an MRI and nerve pain blockers finally have my pain at a manageable level. Sonia was kind, patient and professional at all times. I highly recommend Wilcox Physiotherapy.

This is a great clinic. Reception always greets you with a smile and kind words. Professional, educated and kind staff. The manager Bob has shown my family kindness that is beyond explaining in this brief review. My insurance does not cover the 20%. However, they cover that 20%. No other clinic does this that I know of. My husband has just injured his back and is now receiving treatment here. I would highly recommend TLC. Wonder people kind people work here.
