The team at Palermo Physio is amazing! I am a new patient and am thoroughly pleased with the customer service. I am greeted by friendly front desk staff that remember my name. The physio sessions are very hands on. All in all 5 star experience !

I began physiotherapy 3 months ago after a humerus fracture requiring surgery. Before attending physio, I felt beyond hopeless like I would not get any better (no range/strength in my arm). Three months later, it’s my last day and I find it a little hard to say goodbye. Every single employee - physiotherapists & receptionists alike have been beyond amazing to me. Always welcoming and kind with a smile on their face. They are flexible with schedules and CARE about you. I can’t thank you enough.
