I have had several issues/repairs done on my old Montana Van this year. The current head mechanic is excellent. Very knowledgeable and understands keeping an old vehicle running. All work has been done as identified, no upcharges no hassles and the work is done right. The new staff in the Garage is very professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I strongly recommend. My vehicle's engine light began flashing while I was driving on the 401. Luckily, Rick's Automotive was the closest mechanic. I made a quick call to Rick, explained my situation and drove directly to his location. Within half and hour, the issue was diagnosed, arrangements were made for repairs the following day and Rick secured a ride for me to pick up a rental to continue my trip. Repairs were completed in a timely manner and I picked up my vehicle as scheduled. A-1 customer service!

After a 12 hour night shift and terrible weather, SOS towing was the only tow that was able to get me out of the ditch and on my way home. The driver was incredibly kind and quick not to disrupt traffic. The driver made sure I was safe and warm and ensured my vehicle was safe to drive. I can't thank you enough for your kind service!

Only good things to report here. Dropped vehicle off and told them the problems. They told me to come back and pick it up at 5. Came back everything was done including complimentary cleaning! The price was almost a hundred bucks under what was quoted. No complaints. I'll be back.

Should be called the honest mechanic. The owner Paul is very polite and informative. He will help you, give advice and tell you what he thinks will work even if it doesn't benefit his business. He's so honest and the work and prices are great! He goes above and beyond what any mechanic has ever done for us! Saved our car from the cracked head gasket while we're here for a shutdown. Definitely recommend this shop!!

First time coming to cardinals today. Omg! The staff super friendly.. the entrance was super clean. They looked over my car updated me right away. Didn't have to wait for my car to be checked and did exhaust repairs didnt do anthing until I confirmed for them to go ahead. Took 1 hour for repairs and there super cheap and affordable. I was expecting 500 dollar qoute nope. It was 267 with tax just shy of 300. By far the best place ever. I will be going here again in the feautre. Highly recommend.
