This store is amazing and I come there weekly for groceries and hot lunches. However I have to admit that there is one cashier that is a young woman, and she is awful to deal with. I try and avoid her if she is working. Otherwise, its a great place to shop

Shopping was pleasant. Selections of fridge food was surprisingly large. Prepackaged foods from quanity was a favourite. Bulk pre packaged. Surprisingly variety of vitamins, herbs,cooking ingredients,products and so much more.
The stores bigger on the inside than it looks on the outside.

I went last night to get some products the staff there was extremely helpful. He not only read all the ingredients on the bottles to make sure that it was good fit but he ensure I was buying the items that only suited me. They are not about making sales its actually about the customers need.

The selection is very good and they carry products which are high quality and often difficult to find.
The good news is that their products are typically much less expensive at Qi than in other stores.
The staff is well informed and helpful. An overall great experience.

Have started going to the yorkville location and it now my favorite grocery store yes it is not cheap as a no frills but the carry only the products with healthier ingredients the stuff you can read. Its too bad they do not have a link to thier website here.
