Had a brand new heating system installed by Hamilton had problems after first year as lost heat. They sent technician out spent 4 hours changed a by-pass valve never fixed it. Spoke to Tracy in service she quoted me and was ordering a sediment filter and a heat plate to fix the problem. 3 months later I never heard back from her. Top notch customer service in my opinion.

Asked for someone to come out and fix our air conditioner last summer. Receptionist said she would get back to us, but never did. I made many calls to her and she kept saying she would give us a call but never heard from them. Called this year to see about a fall maintenance and same thing from receptionist. She said she would call with a date for service and 2 weeks later haven't heard a thing. Other companies have been more than happy to provide service in the area. Terrible service.

Fantastic service. Got me out of a jam last winter. The guys that came to the house were great, really helpful. Provided me with heaters when they needed to wait to get my new furnace in. Cleaned up after they left. Started up the furnace this fall, and runs like a dream.

NEVER ask for a quote on heating. A very nice man came out, took away everything he needed...and we NEVER HEARD FROM HIM AGAIN. After 3 weeks and calling 2x to get the quote, we gave up and called another company. I shudder to think how long it would take to get the job done if we ever DID get a quote.

All of a sudden we noticed our water had stopped working. I called Sandy Hamilton Plumbing and they arrived first thing in the morning. The workers checked everything out and noticed that the wires just before the pump where frayed, however the pump was still good, thankfully. I would highly recommend them as their office staff and tradesmen are very professional and helpful. Thanks Bill & Jen

Lousy at returning calls. Sales rep fails to show up to discuss and quote on major installs. Forgets to get you pricing on replacement parts and installs. Disorganized. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
