I have attended this clinic for 15yrs. The front staff have always been rude, short, crast, distrespectful. I tolerated this behavour as it is difficult to find another clinic to take on patients. This yr i fell upon health issues and required a medical leave. I have excellent funding however this clinic refuses to send my medical information to my insurance provider who has been requesting the info for three months. I will now be denied insurance money i need to survive bc of their incompetance

I have had yet another terrible experience with this clinic. They always close early and on the weekend it's almost impossible for me to get my time sensitive medicine injected. This front staff are rude, especially on the weekend & the close even earlier on the weekend, up to 3.5 hours before closing saying that they met their quota. This time I went in on a Sunday and the lady told me they were close so I had to leave. Since she wouldn't listen to me I tried to hand her my medicine...
