Balfour auto have been working on my vehicle for many years and I've always been happy with the outcome, they have always been fair and took the time to explain things to me, big thumbs up.

Pire endroit : à éviter à toit prix!!! J’ai acheté une paire d’écouteurs sans fil et , lors de la première utilisation, j’ai remarqué qu’elle était défectueuse. À l’achat, la personne aux ventes m’a mentionné que je pouvais être remboursé à l’intérieur des 30 jours s’il y avait un défaut au produit. Et voilà qu’aujourd’hui on me dit que rien n’est remboursable.. j’ai dû argumenté +++ pour finalement être remboursée en argent comptant, mais ils ont refusé de me rembourser les taxes. Fraudeurs.

Poor diagnostics, high labor costs. Ran the car on old gasoline and damged fue injectors, alternator was damaged, kept the vintage car for 19 days drove it for 32 Kilometers Paid 1,5oo on May 8, 2020 and Dave said the car would get better the farther it was driven. The car died after driving it 22 miles. vandalism would be a better way to describe the mechanical service. Stay away save your money.

Made an apt for new brakes, waited two weeks only to be told Balfour Mechanic did not want to work on my trailer. Never again. Worst service ever.
